Risk Management Framework
As a pharmaceutical company working to protect human health, we have established a Basic Risk Management Policy and a system to identify and manage risks. We coordinate efforts across key committees, such as Risk Management Promotion, Internal Control, and Compliance to prevent, monitor, and respond to potential risks in our operations. We have identified key risks that require close attention and developed business continuity plans (BCPs) for the following priority areas:
- Disruption in GROWJECT™ supply
- Major Natural Disasters
- Serious Compliance Violations
We regularly convene a triad leadership meeting of the General Marketing Supervisor, Quality Assurance Manager, and Safety Manager to ensure product quality, efficacy, and safety in accordance with pharmaceutical regulations. As we expand globally, we are implementing world-class pharmaceutical quality systems to achieve even higher safety standards.
Risk Management Promotion Committee
JCR has established a Risk Management Promotion Committee, led by the Chief Risk Management Officer appointed by the President. The Committee brings together division heads, leaders of non division units, and the presidents of subsidiaries, each responsible for risk oversight within their respective organizations.
Meeting regularly, the Committee advances risk management by consolidating activities across the organization, preventing potential risks, and overseeing the development of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
